Here's somewhere you need to bee...

The Charleston Area Beekeepers Association (CABA) and the Charleston Parks Conservancy are thrilled to invite you to the highly anticipated 2024 Bee Expo, taking place at Magnolia Park on Saturday, April 13th. This exciting event promises a day of family-friendly education and fun, and best of all, it's completely FREE!

Join us as we welcome local beekeepers from the Lowcountry to share their expertise on bees and the incredible products of the hive, including honey, wax, and royal jelly. Additionally, we'll be joined by experts on native plants, who will offer valuable insights on planting for pollinators and reducing chemical applications to support our buzzing friends.

But that's not all! The Bee Expo will feature hands-on activities for all ages, local honey products, natural handmade crafts for sale, live music from the V Tones, and delicious fare from food trucks.

In our commitment to sustainability, we're striving to make this event zero-waste and eco-friendly. We kindly ask all attendees to bring their own water bottle and consider biking or carpooling with friends for transportation.

Mark your calendars and spread the buzz – the Charleston Honey and Bee Expo is an event not to be missed!
